Definition of personal information means and includes all information that identifies any individual (applicant, nominee, guardian, etc.), such as name, address, NID/Smart Card Number, email, mobile phone and any details that may have been voluntarily provided by the user in connection with availing any of the services on Site during Digital on boarding or thereafter. BDBL-eAccount collects information regarding the domain, host information, location of the host, the IP address of the computer and or your internet service provider (ISP) details.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

BDBL-eAccount is committed to protect and secure data and privacy. BDBL-eAccount does not sell anyone’s personal information to any third party or use email address/mobile number for unsolicited emails and/or SMS. However, such information may be shared with few parties including but not limited to third party Government and/or any regulatory authority rendering verification services either online or offline. Periodically, BDBL-eAccount may produce statistical reports of its users for its internal purposes or regulatory authorities, however such reports are not shared or sold to any 3rd parties.

BDBL-eAccount uses personal information to provide verification services requested by you for Digital On boarding. Your personal data might be retained with BDBL-eAccount and associated entities for periods that are determined based on banking laws and business requirements.

BDBL-eAccount adheres to strict security guidelines, protecting it against any kind of unauthorized access. This Site is intended to be used only by persons having valid NID/Smart Card of Bangladesh. Anyone not having a valid NID/Smart Card of Bangladesh should not use this platform.
